Hey you, it's me! 💋
I have always struggled to find the perfect gift for him. The guys in my life say they do not need anything. Then December rolls around, and I am standing in a store holding another pair of socks.
So this year, I did something different. I asked. I went straight to the guys and asked what they would actually use, and this is what they told me they wanted.
Welcome to Men's Movember, dedicated to the guys. November is Movember, a whole month for men's health awareness, and the best gift we can give the men we love is a reason to slow down, recover, and take care of themselves. Every find here does exactly that.
Below you will find quick picks, the finds by category, a free Movember check-in you can print and hand to him, and answers to the questions people ask most.

Why men's health deserves a whole month
Here is the hard part, and it is why I wanted to dedicate this week to the guys. Men in the United States live about five fewer years than women. Many of the reasons are things we can catch early, like high blood pressure, poor sleep, and too little movement.
That last one made me laugh, and then it made me think. The men we love will mow the lawn, fix the sink, and carry every grocery bag in one trip, but they will put off the doctor. A gift will never replace a checkup. It can open the conversation, though.

Wellness gifts for men: FAQ
What is a good wellness gift for a man who has everything?
Recovery gifts are a safe bet. A compact massage gun, a heated neck wrap, or recovery slides are things most men will not buy for themselves but will use every day.
What fitness gifts do men actually want?
According to the guys I asked, gifts that make a habit easier: a smartwatch to track workouts, a gym bag that holds everything, resistance bands for home workouts, and electrolytes for after the gym.
What is a good wellness gift for men under $50?
The TriggerPoint GRID foam roller, the Comfytemp heated neck wrap, a weighted blanket, resistance bands, a smart scale, a home blood pressure monitor, or the RENPHO mini massage gun.
What is Movember?
Movember is a yearly campaign every November that raises awareness of men's health, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. In the United States, Men's Health Month is June, but November is a great time to book a checkup and talk openly about both physical and mental health.
How much exercise do men need?
Federal guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, like brisk walking, plus muscle-strengthening activity at least two days a week.
How do I get the man in my life to go to the doctor?
Make it easy and make it about the people who love him. Offer to book the appointment, go together, or pair it with something he enjoys. Most men say they stay healthy so they can be there for their family, so start there.
