Summer House Reunion Part 3: Why Are They Fighting Over West Wilson?

A Bravo bestie note on the reunion, West Wilson, Lindsay, Amanda, the upcoming bonus episode, and what midlife has to say about friendship.

Morning Post β˜•

Hey you, it's me.

Babe, did you watch Summer House reunion part three?

Because I have questions.

First of all, why are they fighting this hard over West Wilson?

I am not judging anyone's feelings. Truly. We have all liked someone we probably should have left alone. We have all had a moment where our heart was louder than our common sense.

But at this age, I do not think any man is worth breaking apart a friend group.

No man. Not one.

Especially not when the energy already feels messy, confusing, and full of side conversations.

What got me was not just the relationship drama. It was the way one situation started pulling at everyone's loyalty, trust, ego, friendship, history, and pride.

That is where midlife made me pause.

Because when you have lived a little, you start asking different questions.

Is this person safe?
Is this connection honest?
Is this worth my peace?
Is this love, or is this attention dressed up as love?

And can we talk about Lindsay?

Say what you want, but I love that Lindsay is always thinking about the pocketbook. She understands the assignment. She knows there is a show, a storyline, a business, a brand, and a Bravo audience sitting at home waiting to see what happens next.

That is boss babe behavior.

Now Bravo is giving us a bonus episode, Summer House: The Aftermath, and of course I will be watching.

Because I want to know what happens when the reunion lights go down and people have to sit with what they said, what they hid, what they defended, and what they cannot take back.

I want the real conversations. I want the truth. I want to see who takes accountability without turning themselves into the victim.

And honestly, I want to know what Amanda and Lindsay talk about, what Kyle says to West, and what Ciara has to say when the dust settles.

Because this is bigger than one man.

This is about friendship.
This is about loyalty.
This is about what happens when the group dynamic changes and nobody knows where they stand anymore.

And haven't we all lived some version of that?

Maybe not on Bravo. Maybe not in a Hamptons house. Maybe not with Andy Cohen asking questions across a reunion couch.

But we have known what it feels like when friendship gets weird. When the energy shifts. When someone chooses the drama and calls it love. When people expect you to be quiet so everyone else can stay comfortable.

Midlife has taught me that peace is expensive.

You pay for it with boundaries.
You pay for it with honesty.
You pay for it by letting some people misunderstand you.
And sometimes, you pay for it by walking away from a table where your nervous system never felt safe.

So now I need to know.

What are you hoping to see in the bonus episode?

And if you could ask one person from Summer House any question, who would it be and what would you ask?

Because my question might be simple:

Was it worth the friendship fallout?
