Why is slow content making a comeback?

Because constant feeds and short-form content are exhausting. Magazines, printed mailers, and slower, more tangible content invite us to pause, read, and think — which feels grounding in midlife.

Are You Retreating From Technology, or Going Full Steam Ahead?

Hey you, it's me.

I noticed something recently, and I'm curious where you land on it.

There seems to be a growing trend of anti-technology conversations, especially around social media, AI, and the way constant phone access is affecting everyday life. And honestly, midlife and technology feel like their own conversation right now.

They say history has a way of repeating itself, and funny enough, I keep seeing little signs of that everywhere.

A few content creators have mentioned getting landline phones again so they don't feel tied to their cell phones 24/7. I didn't even know you could still get one.

I've noticed it in marketing too. Magazines, printed mailers, slower content, more tangible things. I actually got a Walmart magazine the other day, and it made me pause.
