This year, Walmart Black Friday is not one big day. It is three deal events, 14 days in all, starting Thursday, Nov 12.

Walmart Black Friday 2026 Dates and Times
Walmart Black Friday 2026 starts Thursday, Nov 12, with Early Black Friday Deals, according to Walmart's Oct 26 announcement, as reported by USA Today. The main Black Friday event runs Nov 23 to 29, and Cyber Monday runs online Nov 30 to Dec 2.

That is 14 deal days this year, up from 10 last year. Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov 26, and Black Friday itself is Friday, Nov 27, both in the middle of the second event.
Walmart+ Early Access Black Friday 2026
Walmart+ members get first dibs on the "hot Deal drops," the most limited deals of each Black Friday event.
- Early Black Friday: members shop hot Deal drops at 12:01 AM ET on Thu, Nov 12. Everyone else gets what is left at 12:01 AM ET on Fri, Nov 13.
- Black Friday: members shop hot Deal drops at 12:01 AM ET on Mon, Nov 23. Everyone else gets what is left at 12:01 AM ET on Tue, Nov 24.
- Everything else in the sale is open to all shoppers at the same time.
- Online-only extras: some online-only deals stay exclusive to Walmart+ members for the first 24 hours, while supplies last.

Smart tip: if you only want Walmart+ for Black Friday, start the $1 trial on Nov 11. Thirty days covers both early access drops and Cyber Monday. Set a reminder to cancel before it renews if you do not want to keep it.
Walmart+ vs Amazon Prime: The $120 Walmart and Sam's Club Bundle
Yes. Walmart and Sam's Club now sell Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus together for $120 a year. You get delivery perks from both (Walmart+ free delivery from your store has a $35 order minimum), a streaming pick (Peacock Premium or Paramount+ Essential), 10 cents off a gallon of gas, and 2% back in Sam's Cash.

The catch: the bundle is annual only, with no monthly option or free trial, and only the primary Sam's Club member can activate the Walmart+ part. Already a Sam's Club Plus member? You get Walmart+ at no extra cost, which means Black Friday early access is already yours.

Walmart has not posted its full 2026 deal list yet. It has only said that thousands of gifts will be under $20. Make your list before Nov 12, so you know what you are watching for when the hot Deal drops open.

Most items bought Oct 1 through Dec 31, 2026, can be returned through Jan 31, 2027. Some items do not qualify, including wireless phones, major appliances, protection plans, and food. Check the item's return window on Walmart.com before you buy.

- Make a list before November 12. Who you are shopping for, and what you actually want to buy.
- Decide what you are buying on which day. Check the hot list for Nov 12 and Nov 23, see where the big deals land, and match each item on your list to its day.

Walmart Black Friday Shopping Tips
- Set your budget. Decide your number before Nov 12, not at 12:01 AM.
- Add to cart early. Hot Deal drops go fast. Have your list saved and your payment set up before the event opens.
- Do not panic buy. There are three events this year. If you miss something on Nov 12, there is another round Nov 23.
- Keep your receipts. Holiday returns run through Jan 31, 2027.
