Meet Jen!

I’m a small-town Southern girl, raised on sweet tea, front porch talks, and summers with my grandparents in Santa Rosa, Florida. My roots run deep in faith, family, and community — values I learned from the man who taught me the woman I’ve become: my grandfather. He was the Mayor of Talladega for many years and later served as the track doctor at the speedway, but what I remember most is how he quietly and consistently showed up for his community. His legacy wasn’t just in leadership — it was in love, service, and strength.

I spent years trying to find my place, often dimming my own light, losing my voice, and letting confidence slip through the cracks. But in my 40s, I began to rediscover myself — not just the girl from the small town, but the woman I was always meant to be. But my path hasn’t been a straight one.

I’m a proud mom to four beautiful children, and every chapter of my life — from the joy of motherhood to the heartbreak of estrangement, divorce to remarrying and becoming a stepparent, grieving the loss of a parent, and navigating life with chronic illness — has molded me. I’ve lived through pain, silence, and seasons where I lost my confidence and voice. I’ve also risen through healing, rediscovery, and growth.

Now in my 40s and stepping into a new season as an empty nester, I’ve found my voice again — and I’m using it to uplift others. My mission is to create a safe space for women to heal, grow, and realize they’re never alone. Through community, conversation, and connection, I’m building the kind of legacy my grandfather would be proud of — one woman at a time.
